About Villa Sympatheia

 Our family has been traveling to Costa Rica since 2008. We fell in love with the people, natural beauty, animals and climate. In 2016 we started the process of building Villa Sympatheia in hopes of one day becoming snowbirds. Las Catalinas car free community appealed to our commitment of safety and health. The house was truly designed with hosting family and friends in-mind. Creating large gathering spaces and quiet relaxing spaces was our goal. So, until the day we can be here on a more permanent stay. We hope you will enjoy our home and fill it with happy memories.
